Cheryl and Chris stayed with us this weekend on a trip from Arizona, great to see them both as always. Riding across the Golden Gate on a bicycle was on Cheryl’s bucket list so yesterday afternoon we loaded up the bikes and cruised the bridge, rewarded with some magic afternoon views from the western span. Amazingly clear after some of the rain we’ve recently received, we could easily catch a rare glimpse of the Farallon Islands in the distance.
