A month or two ago Jarrid built himself a custom wood-fired pizza oven and today we finally managed to venture up to Valley Ford to put it through its paces. I need one in my backyard. Once we figured out the oven’s temperature sweet spot the pizzas were delectable, I think everyone’s favorite was the date/blue cheese/caramelized onion creation early on in the experiment… We’ll be back!
