We made time for one last hurrah at the cabin before the kids go back to school next week, some magic weather up there for an extended weekend with the Munselles. We hit all our favorite spots: the lake at Lakemont Pines, the Lube Room Saloon, Lake Alpine, Calaveras Big Trees State Park and of course all the MTB trails in the forest behind the cabin. Max turns 10 tomorrow, so it was also a good excuse for early cake and presents with his besties. A great little escape before the school year and harvest get underway!
