Pops John took the four of us to Port’s first home game of 2022 on Saturday. The weather was magic for the event and it was a lot of fun for Lisa and I to tour the kids past Saint Mark’s College – where we first met – showing them my room in Hawker House from when I was finishing university. Dinner at the Queens Head Hotel next to Saint Marks was great, the pub’s come a long way since Lisa and I lived in North Adelaide. A great night out, could have been a better result (Port was pummeled!) but there’s always next time. Thanks Johnny!
