San Francisco Mornings

I was on late shift this week and CalTrans decided it would be a good idea to close a southbound lane on 101 in Terra Linda for the week; Monday morning it took me two hours and fifteen minutes to get to work!  Instead of battling traffic I decided instead to leave a little early to have a bit of a play with the camera on the way to work.  Got some keepers…

The Golden Gate Bridge just before sunrise (left and middle), and the Ferry Building (right) [I’m not a huge fan of these three but what the heck…]

The Golden Gate Bridge during a magically still sunrise (left), and Alcatraz Island with the Oakland hills as a backdrop (right)

The Golden Gate Bridge and a rare glassy San Francisco Bay from the Marina (left), and the Bay Bridge and San Francisco Financial District (right)
