Jim’s 30th in San Luis Obispo

We took a trip down memory lane in San Luis Obispo on the weekend to celebrate Jim’s 30th birthday.  The gig was at Downtown Brew (SLO Brew) after a killer dinner at Giuseppe’s Italian restaurant.  San Luis has blown up since the college days: the town now sports an Apple store, Pottery Barn, Banana Republic, two new surf shops, to mention a few.  But the staples are still there, and still just as good as ever: Firestone’s, McLintock’s, Rudolph’s Coffee…  Didn’t get any photos from the actual party because we accidentally left the camera in our hotel room, but got some happy snaps during the day on Saturday.  Also, thanks very much to Connie, Javier and Nick for covering our car with ketchup on Saturday night, I’m going to enjoy the reprisal for that one.  Happy birthday Jim, thanks for a great time!

  1. Thanks for sharing. For the record, I have no idea who left ketsup on your car. I think it was Jim.
