Cabin With The Bakkers

One last adventure before we take it easy for a month or two and stay close to home in case Valtenbergs Junior II comes knocking. We’re just finishing up five days at the cabin, the Bakkers made the trip up from Visalia and joined us for a few days during the middle of our stay. Great to have everyone together, the first time the seven of us have all been in one place since our trip to French Polynesia last year, Lilia loved having the girls around again. We took the girls down to Natural Bridges on Sunday morning for a swim through the caves, the water temperature sure took our breath away, Kevin had the GoPro with us so we have some footage here of Anna swimming through the mountain. Big props to Anna for swimming through there: pitch black water that is absolutely ice cold, bats flying around, water dripping through the limestone roof… No way you would have caught me doing that at age seven. The Bakkers also ventured to Moaning Caverns while Lilia was having a nap, getting a hit of adrenaline on the 1500 fot zip-line, looks like a lot of fun!
