Our last stop in Adelaide was a short stint in Sydney with the Ettridges in Double Bay. Lisa and I hadn’t been to Sydney since 2010, it’s such a great city with all the ferries to scoot around the harbor and brilliant metro beaches. We didn’t have the best of weather for our couple of days in town, but the water is pretty warm at this time of year so it didn’t stop us taking a dip at Bondi as well as a swim at the northernmost of the eastern suburbs’ beaches: Camp Cove. Great to meet Sally and ET’s kids and also to quickly catch up with Jill Newby after she’d finished work on Friday…
